Angarika Deb gave a talk at the O.P. Jindal Global University, where she was the 100th speaker at the university's Guest Talk series. She spoke about gender inequalities, how they emerge in human populations across the world, and how these inequalities can be managed by social norms, referring to anthropological work on egalitarian hunter-gatherer populations.
